Business Coaching Applies to All

“..highly renowned companies are realizing the effectiveness of coaching in achieving their goals. Major corporations from a variety of sectors, including IBM, Nike, Verizon and Coca-Cola Enterprises, have turned to coaching to increase employee satisfaction, improve output and strengthen their bottom lines…”

-International Coach Federation

Most entrepreneurs say that they have good heads in running their business. However, no matter how big or small their business is, they still need advice from experts. Despite the wide range of information available in this technologically-advanced era, small to medium sized business owners find it difficult to know exactly how to grow their business. They are often overwhelmed with the number of hats they have to wear in their business each and every day – spending more time working in the business – rather than on it. They find it difficult to find a team that can add value to their company. That’s where business coaching comes in.

Business coaching can help every business. Everyone from Coca-Cola and Apple actively seek advice from business coaches. Why? Because no matter how successful their companies are, there’s always room for improvement. According to ICF (International Coach Federation), “highly renowned companies are realizing the effectiveness of coaching in achieving their goals. Major corporations from a variety of sectors, including IBM, Nike, Verizon and Coca-Cola Enterprises, have turned to coaching to increase employee satisfaction, improve output and strengthen their bottom lines.”

Through Business coaching, business owners are aided to produce more money, a better team and more time. It demystifies business and help owners with a crystal clear direction and plan that gets results. It can also be applied for career growth – both to the employers and employees. Business coaching is all about supporting a business in “raising their game” and “taking the next step” – perhaps by increasing profitability, enhancing the competitive edge, creating the ideal conditions for the business’ long-term success and raising the business profile.

Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) like to use business coaches because we can help the business to build resilience and better manage the rate of change; to transform into a continuously improving and learning organization for future performance; to support the business leaders get out of their way to allow them make better decisions; to support the SME to run profitably without personnel having to chase the leadership for each and every individual decision.

As business coaches, it is our goal to help people engaged in all kinds of businesses. We are mostly needed by small to medium business owners. They need us to help them drive the business forward; to earn their keep by supporting their ambitions. Being able to bring knowledge and ideas from a variety of industry sectors, and across different business models, is extremely valuable for business leaders. We are also consulted by big corporations to help maintain their business’ status. It is from business coaching that they gained learning and clarity for forward action. The vast majority of companies (86%) say they at least made their investment back with the help of coaching.

As you can see, business coaching is not limited only to a group of people or companies. Business coaches have the responsibility to enlighten and support business owners towards a stable and successful future.
