Dr. Cherry is an experienced inclusion strategist and a master certified coach. As Managing Partner and Chief Inclusion Officer of Personality Matters, Inc., Dr. Cherry Collier is an award-winning thought leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is an MCC, Master Certified Coach through ICF International Coach Federation, and received her Ph.D. and M.S. in Applied Social Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia. She also has a B.A. in Psychology from Spelman College. In addition, she has completed AACSB approved MBA program from Kennesaw State University.

Coach Barbara is an experienced Professional Certified Coach (PCC) who coaches executives, and leaders and teams at all levels. She is dedicated to understanding leaders in context of their organizational culture and role to promote and sustain learning and development. Her team coaching improves awareness, develops team skills, and improves performance.

Coach Joel Andrews is a leadership coach and organizational development consultant, providing executive coaching and leadership development services to individuals, corporations, and the federal government. Joel has more than 30 years of leadership, coaching, and consulting experience leading to insights and perspectives in multiple disciplines.

A trained researcher, learning designer, and journalist, Dr. Nicole Harp is the Chief Learning Officer for Personality Matters. She partners with clients to create strategic research and learning solutions that help organizations thrive. For over two decades, she has employed iterative, systematic approaches to her research and writing, tackling large and small projects with flexibility and expertise.

Sue Stein is an executive and leadership coach with more than 20 years’ experience, providing executive coaching and leadership services to individuals, groups, senior leadership and other coaches. In additional to her work with Personality Matters Inc., Sue is an instructor and course manager for coach training for the University of Government Coaching (UGC), accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Walt Hogan is a credentialed Executive Leadership Coach who holds the Professional Coaching Credential (PCC) with the  International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is also an accredited Organizational Development (OD) consultant whose additional expertise is in the areas of leadership, management and team development, as well as staff development. For over 25 years Walt has provided a wide range of OD, human resource development and executive leadership coaching  interventions for both public, non-profit and private enterprises.

Dr. Tonjua Freeman

Dr. Tonjua Freeman is an experienced research scientist. Dr. Freeman is an expert who conducts research and analysis to measure and provide strategic insight on equity and inclusion competencies at the individual and organization level. She leverages these insights into individual and team learning development experiences to advance culture change within organizations.
