Chiquita has more than 25 years of leadership, coaching, and consulting experience providing insights and perspectives in multiple
disciplines, including; marketing, strategy development, business development, leadership, individual and organizational change, and project management.

Chiquita opened her Marketing consulting practice in 2002. She has worked with a number of individuals and businesses on developing winning performance strategy and executing on specific business goals and key performance indicators. Prior to opening her consulting practice in 2002, Chiquita excelled in multiple marketing and brand strategy positions in such diverse organizations as; AT&T, BellSouth, American Express, Honda Automotive, Travelers Insurance, Pitney Bowes, and Prudential.

  • Thought leader on development of loyalty solutions for Brand Alliances team in
    AT&T Intellectual Property Management.
  • Marketing lead of 15-person cross functional team to develop and deliver a
    compelling co-brand solution between AT&T and Citibank
  • Developed AT&T and CitiBank card program brand value proposition for the
    launch of a new credit card solution.
  • Managed the development, operations, and sales execution of the co-brand
    alliance program between Protection One Security Systems and BellSouth
  • Spearheaded market segmentation solution for American Express student
    segment that included strategy development, digital marketing tactics, and sales
    force training and management.
  • Lead Diversity and Inclusion team for Woodward Academy POC resulting in
    improved parent and student relations with the academy.
