Joel Andrews is a leadership coach and organizational development consultant, providing executive coaching and leadership development services to individuals, corporations, and the federal government. Joel has more than 30 years of leadership, coaching, and consultingexperienceleadingtoinsightsandperspectivesinmultipledisciplines,including; leadership, neuroscience, strategic “direction-alignment-commitment”, individual and organizational change, organizational behavior, trust building, team high performance, emotional intelligence, communication/influence and conflict resolution.

Prior to opening his coaching and consulting business in 2006, Joel excelled in multiple human resources and operations leadership roles in such diverse organizations as; Miller BrewingCompany,PepsiCoInc.,BaxterInternational,CalgonSpecialtyChemicals,Capital One Financial, and Media General.

In additional to his work with Personality Matters Inc., Joel has been an adjunct leadership coach with The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL.org) since 2013.

Joel is proud to be a veteran of the U.S. Air Force where he was a “Senior Officer Records Specialist” assigned to SAC HQ.
