The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” Coaching is a powerful and effective tool that helps a professional set his or her own agenda to achieve desired goals.

The DEI Coaching Certification course can be attended by anyone who wants to serve as a diversity practitioner or who is in the role and values credentials for professional recognition.

Learning Tools and Certification

As part of the course, books, articles, and other materials to developIDEAs (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity in Action) knowledge, skills and abilities will be taught. The course will be conducted via interactive sessions, lectures, readings, activities, case applications, role-play and reflection exercises. To master the content the participant will successfully complete assignments and assessments.At the end course, participants will undergo an assessment after the successful completion certificates will be awarded.
